基于工程算法及OptiStruct铰链接头设计及优化

Design and optimization of hinge joint based on engineering algorithm and OptiStruct

摘要 为研究铰链接头的设计及优化,本文以某型飞机前起落架舱门铰链接头为例.提出工程简化受力模型。结合工程算法确定接头耳片基本参数.通过有限元软件HyperWorks及OptiStruct求解器对接头进行拓扑优化,确定传力路径,对接头的细节特征进行大致的位置分布、几何尺寸设计,并根据有限元分析计算结果对接头细节尺寸进行优化改进,最终设计结构受力均匀.材料利用率高.强度性能好,且重量较轻。 A simplified mechanical model for the hinge joint of the front landing gear door of a certain aircraft was presented.and engineering algorithm was used to determine the basic parameters of the joint lug.Finite element analysis software HyperWorks and OptiStruct solver was applied for the joint topology optimization,to determine the path of the force transfer and the detail configuration of the joint.The structural behavior of the joint has been improved in uniform stress,effective material utilization,high strength and light weight.
