以案例为基础的教学结合危险预知训练在护理员培训中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨以案例为基础的教学(CBL)结合危险预知训练对护理员培训的教学效果。方法于2020年9月至12月采用前瞻性的队列研究通过便利抽样法选取西南医科大学附属医院护理员109人为研究对象。新院区51人为对照组,接受常规教学培训;老院区58人为观察组,接受CBL结合危险预知训练。比较两组护理员职业知识技能问卷得分、患者满意度及不良事件发生率。结果观察组护理员职业知识技能问卷的总得分显著高于对照组,其中防疫知识、医学知识、安全知识3个维度的得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05),而两组间照护知识维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者照护后满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者照护后不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合危险预知训练有利于提高护理员培训效果,且优于常规教学效果,值得推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of kiken yochi trainning(KYT)integrated case-based learning(CBL)on nurse assistants training.Methods From September to December 2020,a prospective cohort study was conducted.A total of 109 nursing assistants in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were selected by convenient sampling method.51 nurse assistants in the new area of hospital were chosen as the control group,received routine teaching and training.58 nurse assistants in the old area of hospital were taken as the observation group,and received KYT integrated CBL training.The scores of nurse assistants'professional knowledge and skills questionnaire,patients'satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of professional knowledge and skills questionnaire was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group,and the scores of epidemic prevention knowledge,medical knowledge and safety knowledge were higher in the observation group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the scores of nursing knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The comparison rate of adverse events was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The KYT integrated CBL can improve the training effects of nurse assistant,which is worth popularizing and applying.
