重症监护室护士情绪智力与死亡焦虑的现状调查及相关性分析

Investigation and correlation analysis of emotional intelligence and death anxiety in patients in acute intensive care unit

目的调查重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)护士情绪智力与死亡焦虑的现状,并探讨二者的关系,为减轻ICU护士的负性情绪提供数据参考。方法采用便利抽样法,2021年3月至6月使用情绪智力量表与死亡焦虑量表对湖南省5所三甲医院ICU护士进行调查,并对调查数据进行描述性统计和Pearson相关性分析。该研究共发放问卷239份,获得有效问卷230份,有效回收率96.2%。结果ICU护士的情绪智力得分为(92.86±15.36)分,处于中低水平,死亡焦虑水平得分为(9.00±3.27)分,处于较高水平;Pearson相关分析显示,ICU护士的情绪智力与死亡焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.465,P<0.01)。结论ICU护士情绪智力越高,死亡焦虑水平越低,因此医院管理人员可根据护士的情绪智力,进行针对性干预,缓解死亡焦虑。

Objective To investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and death anxiety in ICU nurses,and to provide data reference for alleviating negative emotion in ICU nurses.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate ICU nurses from 5 grade A hospitals in Hunan Province from March to June,2021 using emotional intelligence scale and death anxiety scale.Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis were performed on the data.A total of 239 questionnaires were sent out in this study,of which 230 were valid with effective recovery of 96.2%.Results The score of emotional intelligence of ICU nurses was(92.86±15.36)points,which was in the middle or low level,and the score of death anxiety was(9.00±3.27)points,which was in the high level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the emotional intelligence of ICU nurses was significantly negatively correlated with death anxiety(r=-0.465,P<0.01).Conclusions The higher the emotional intelligence of ICU nurses,the lower the level of death anxiety.Therefore,hospital managers can carry out targeted intervention according to the emotional intelligence of nurses to relieve death anxiety.
