发挥高校资源助力垃圾分类的研究

Give Full Play to the University Resources to Help the Research of Garbage Classifi cation

垃圾分类作为一种节能环保政策,能够有效提高资源再利用,降低垃圾处理成本,提高资源的利用价值和经济价值。垃圾分类已在我国各个城市开展多年,虽然取得一定的突破性成绩,但仍存在普及力度不够、垃圾分类工作监管松散等诸多问题。垃圾分类不仅是基本的民生问题,也是生态文明建设的题中之义,更是高校全方位育人的有机组成部分。本研究提出以高校教育、实践、科研助力垃圾分类工作,这不仅是高校全方位育人的有力实践,也对现阶段垃圾分类工作具有现实的指导意义。

Garbage classifi cation as a kind of energy conservation and environmental protection policy,can improve the resource reuse,reduce the waste treatment cost,improve resource utilization value and economic value,has been carried out in cities in our country for many years,although certain breakthrough achievements,but there are still insuffi cient universal,loosely regulated garbage classifi cation work,and many other problems.Garbage classification is not only a basic livelihood issue,but also a part of the construction of ecological civilization,as well as an organic part of all-round education in colleges and universities.In this study,it is proposed that the use of university education,practice and scientifi c research to help the garbage classifi cation work is not only a powerful practice of allround education in universities,but also has practical guiding signifi cance for the current garbage classifi cation work.
