试论农村生活污水治理长效管理机制与对策

Discussion Long-term Management Mechanism and Countermeasures of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment

我国广大农村地区地域辽阔,居住特点不一,既有分散,也有聚居。但随着农村地区物质生活水平的明显提高,农村生活的用水量大幅度增长,随之排放的污水量也日益增加,这不仅危害了人们的身体健康,也不符合美丽宜居乡村建设的宗旨。近年来,农村生活污水已成为我国水污染的主要因素之一,但随着国家大力推进乡村振兴战略,农村生活污水治理已作为乡村振兴的重要内容,而农村生活污水治理的长效管理机制就成为了保障污水处理效果的必要条件。基于此,本文主要分析了我国农村生活污水特点、国内外农村地区污水治理经验,并探讨了农村生活污水治理长效管理机制的构建。

The vast rural areas of our country are vast in territory and have different living characteristics,both scattered and concentrated.However,with the obvious improvement of the material living standard in rural areas,the water consumption in rural life increases greatly,and the amount of sewage discharged is also increasing day by day,which not only harms people’s health,but also does not conform to the purpose of building a beautiful and livable countryside.In recent years,rural domestic sewage has become one of the main factors of water pollution in China,but with the country vigorously promoting the strategy of rural revitalization,rural domestic sewage treatment has become an important part of rural revitalization,and the long-term management mechanism of rural domestic sewage treatment has become a necessary condition to ensure the effect of sewage treatment.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of rural sewage treatment in China and the experience of sewage treatment in rural areas at home and abroad,and discusses the construction of long-term management mechanism of rural sewage treatment.
