西充县“十三五”期间的臭氧污染现状及对策研究

Status and Countermeasures of Ozone Pollution in Xichong County during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period

本文主要分析了西充县在“十三五”期间臭氧污染的年度、季节、月份以及日变化特征,这对于该县有效防治臭氧污染具有重要意义。研究结果表明:在2017~2020年,西充县臭氧年均浓度呈现出了先上升后下降渐至稳定的变化过程;春夏两季臭氧浓度高,秋冬季较低,与气温变化趋势基本一致;日变化呈“单峰单谷”型特征,其臭氧浓度从8时开始快速上升,至17时达到峰值,然后快速下降。针对以上这些臭氧污染的特点,西充县强化了工业企业、加油(气)站、喷涂印刷等臭氧前体物排放的综合整治,并相应提出了臭氧污染防治的意见和建议。

This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of annual, seasonal, monthly and diurnal changes of ozone pollution in Xichong County during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, which is of great significance to the effective prevention and control of ozone pollution in Xichong County.The results show that: from 2017 to 2020, the annual ozone concentration in Xichong County increased firstly, then decreased gradually to a stable change process;The ozone concentration was higher in spring and summer, and lower in autumn and winter, which was basically consistent with the trend of temperature change.The diurnal variation was characterized by “single peak and single valley”, and the ozone concentration increased rapidly from 8 o ’clock to 17 o ’clock, and then decreased rapidly.In view of the above characteristics of ozone pollution, Xichong county strengthened the comprehensive control of ozone precursor emissions from industrial enterprises, refueling(gas) stations, spraying and printing, and put forward corresponding opinions and suggestions on ozone pollution prevention and control.
