废水检测误差分析与质量控制方法的探讨

Discussion on Error Analysis and Quality Control Method of Wastewater Detection

废水检测有利于衡量废水水质,对废水排放与回收工作具有深远影响。而废水检测误差作为不可避免的因素,应该加强对其误差的控制。本文简要分析了废水检测误差的分类标准,围绕产生废水检测误差的常见原因,通过优选废水检测方法、选取高精度检测仪器、确定试剂配制合理性、注重人员职业培训、提升检测步骤规范性等方法,增加废水检测结果的可信度,严控废水检测质量,从而实现废水的有效检测。

Wastewater detection is beneficial to measure the quality of wastewater and has a far-reaching influence on wastewater discharge and recovery. As an inevitable factor, the error control of wastewater detection should be strengthened. This paper briefly analyzes the classification standard of waste water detection error, around a common cause of waste water detection error, through optimizing wastewater detection method, selection of high precision testing instrument, determine the rationality of reagent preparation,pay attention to personnel training, improve detection methods of normative, increase the credibility of the testing results of waste water,control waste water detection quality, so as to realize the effective detection of wastewater.
