摘要
在不同型号精密轴承中分别注入具有降噪特性的锂皂润滑脂、该润滑脂的基础油、油脂混合物,研究对轴承噪声的影响。通过调整稠化剂的酸碱度和冷却工艺制备不同纤维结构的锂皂润滑脂,利用SEM扫描电镜对试样稠化剂纤维结构进行比较,并借助于S0910-Ⅲ,SKF BeQuiet Plus,FAG MGG11仪器评价了不同形貌稠化剂纤维结构锂皂润滑脂对轴承噪声的影响,结果表明:润滑脂的降噪特性优于基础油,稠化剂是影响润滑脂噪声的重要因素之一;稠化剂的酸碱度和冷却工艺影响稠化剂纤维结构的形状,稠化剂纤维结构越短,分布越均匀的润滑脂降噪效果越好。
The lithium greases with noise reduction characteristics,base oils of the greases,and oil-grease mixtures are added into different types of precision bearings to study their effect on noise of the bearings.The lithium greases with different fiber structures are prepared by adjusting the pH values of thickeners and cooling processes.The fiber structures of thickeners of samples are compared by SEM.The noise of lithium greases with different morphologies of fiber structures of thickeners is evaluated by S0910-Ⅲ,SKF BeQuiet Plus and FAG MGG11.The results show that:the noise reduction performances of the greases are better than those of base oils,and the thickeners are one of the important factors affecting the noise of greases;the pH values of thickeners and cooling processes affect the shapes of fiber structures of thickeners,the shorter the fiber structure of thickner and the more evenly distributed the grease,the better the noise reduction effect.
