环境水体中联苯胺测定的方法优化研究

摘要 本文介绍了优化联苯胺的固相萃取过程和高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法,将其应用于环境水体样品中联苯胺的测定,比较了净化和不净化样品在定量上的区别。结果表明,方法相关系数大于0.9990,回收率大于80%,相对标准偏差均小于5.0%,检出限为0.004μg/L;测定低浓度苯联苯胺样品时,高效液相色谱法稳定,峰形基线平稳,检出限低,回收率高。用优化的HPLC-FLD方法定量计算联苯胺浓度时,测定结果和准确度均能满足要求。 In this paper,the optimized solid phase extraction(SPE)process and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis method of benzidine were introduced,which were applied to the determination of benzidine in environmental water samples,and the quantitative differences between purified and unpurified samples were compared,the results were compared between purified and non purified water samples.The results showed that the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9990,the recovery was greater than 80%,the relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%,the detection limit was 0.004μg/L;When the optimized HPLC-FLD method is used to quantitatively calculate the concentration of benzidine,the determination results and accuracy can meet the requirements.
