摘要
据有关研究表明,较低臭氧浓度情况下8小时暴露与健康直接相关,主要发达国家对臭氧的评价也采用8小时平均浓度值。为全面反映空气质量及其对人体的影响,2012年发布了《环境空气质量标准》(GB3095-2012),并将臭氧(8小时浓度)纳入常规空气质量评价因子。目前,臭氧已成为首要污染因子,特别在夏秋季高温时段,臭氧超标频发,防治形势严峻。文章首先对臭氧的概念和形成原因进行了阐述,其次将臭氧与气温的关系进行了分析,最终提出了臭氧污染防治的相关措施。希望能够有利于臭氧污染防控,逐步改善我国空气环境质量。
According to relevant studies,8-hour exposure at lower ozone concentration is directly related to health effects.Major developed countries also use 8-hour average ozone concentration to evaluate ozone.In order to fully reflect the consideration of air quality and its impact on human body,the Environmental Air Quality Standard(GB3095-2012) has been issued since 2012,and ozone(8-hour concentration) has been included in the conventional air quality evaluation factor.At present,ozone has become the primary pollution factor,especially in summer and autumn high temperature period,ozone exceeded the frequent occurrence,the prevention and control situation is grim.This paper first describes the concept of ozone and the causes of its formation,then analyzes the relationship between ozone and air temperature,and finally puts forward the related measures of ozone pollution prevention and control.It is hoped that it can effectively prevent and control ozone pollution and gradually improve the air quality in China.
