摘要
第二次全国污染源普查是重大的国情调查,具有鲜明的时代背景和重大的现实意义。本文通过对第二次全国污染源普查意义、存在的问题进行全面总结分析,为第三次污染源普查工作提供可行性的建议。
The second national survey of pollution sources was an important national survey,which had a distinct background of The Times and great practical significance.In this study,the significance and the existing problems were comprehensively summarized and analyzed,and feasible suggestions were provided for the third national pollution source census.
