摘要 通过控制化学粗化时间得到比表面积不同的不锈钢。研究了化学粗化时间对金属/橡胶复合件粘合性能和抗硫化变形性能的影响。结果表明,化学粗化72 h后不锈钢的比表面积为0.11,表面均匀、细腻,能够与橡胶形成良好的粘接,所得不锈钢/橡胶复合件硫化后不变形。 The stainless steel was treated to be in different specific surface areas by chemical roughening for different time.The effect of chemical roughening time on the adhesion between stainless steel and rubber,as well as on the deformation resistance of stainless steel/rubber composite during vulcanization was studied.The results showed that the stainless steel was uniform and fine with a specific surface area of 0.11 after being roughened chemically for 72 h,and could be firmly bounded to rubber.The stainless steel/rubber composite obtained didn’t deform after vulcanization.
