微小RNA介导的炎症反应相关信号通路在骨关节炎发生发展中的调控机制 被引量:1

摘要 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种以软骨细胞减少、细胞外基质破坏为特征的慢性骨关节功能紊乱性疾病,已成为老年人致残的主要原因。近年来研究发现,微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)表达异常介导的炎症反应相关信号通路在OA发生发展中发挥着关键调控作用。本文通过总结近年来调控OA发生发展的相关炎症信号通路及miRNAs对这些信号通路的调控机制,进一步明确OA发生发展的分子作用机制,为OA的诊治开拓新的思路和方向。 Osteoarthritis(OA)is a chronic functional disorder of bone and joint characterized by the decrease of chondrocytes and the destruction of extracellular matrix.It has become the main cause of disability in the elderly.In recent years,it has been found that abnormal expression of microRNAs(miRNAs)mediated inflammatory response related signal pathways play a key regulatory role in the occurrence and development of OA.This paper summarizes the relevant inflammatory signal pathways regulating the occurrence and development of OA in recent years and the regulatory mechanism of miRNAs on these signal pathways,further clarify the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of OA,and bring new ideas and directions for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis.
