摘要
久坐行为已成为现代人群罹患疾病的首要因素,有别于其他不良行为习惯,久坐行为可导致机能变化和肌骨功能代谢异常,表现在骨骼结构和肌肉功能改变,出现骨骼和肌肉微结构退化,形成骨质疏松或肌肉萎缩。运动作为非医疗干预手段可调控久坐行为导致的机体代谢变化,维持肌骨功能的良性发展,对肌骨系统疾病及代谢具有改善作用。本文综述久坐行为对肌骨系统的调节机制,梳理运动干预和久坐行为之间的调控作用,为全面运动干预方式对机体生理健康发展提供新的研究视角。
Sedentary behavior has become the primary factor for modern humans to suffer from diseases.Unlike other bad behaviors,sedentary behavior can lead to functional changes and abnormal musculoskeletal metabolism.It is manifested in changes in bone structure and muscle function.The bone and muscle microstructure degenerates,resulting in osteoporosis or muscle atrophy.Exercise,as a non-medical intervention,can regulate the body's metabolic changes caused by sedentary behavior,maintain the benign development of musculoskeletal function,and improve musculoskeletal diseases and metabolism.Based on this,this article reviews the regulatory mechanism of sedentary behavior on the musculoskeletal system,sorts out the regulatory effects between exercise intervention and sedentary behavior,and provides a new perspective for the development of the body's physiological health by comprehensive exercise intervention methods.
