高密度回转盖板针布纺高支纯棉紧密纺纱线生产实践

Production Practice of High-count Cotton Compact Spun Yarn byHigh-density Revolving Tops

回转盖板针布密度是梳棉机的重要上机工艺参数,对分梳纤维、控制短绒、降低棉结及有效除杂等有重要作用。文章探讨了在纺高支纯棉精梳紧密纺纱线时,550齿/(25.4 mm)2以上密度的回转盖板针布对生条、成纱指标产生的影响。采用不同密度的回转盖板针布进行单一变量对比验证试验,发现密度740齿/(25.4 mm)2的回转盖板针布相比较其他而言,对纤维梳理更充分,对短绒控制更合理,成纱指标最好。

The density of revolving tops is an important set factor for carding frame,which plays a crucial role in carding,short staple controlling,knot reduction and effective cleaning.This paper discusses the effect of revolving tops with a density of 550 teeth/square inch or more on the card sliver and yarn index when spinning high-count cotton compact spun spinning.A single-variable comparison test with different densities of revolving tops showed that the 740 teeth/square inch revolving tops have the best yarn forming index with adequate fiber carding and reasonable short staple control.
