摘要
我国公共卫生体系经历了从创建、改革到调整和发展的建设过程。回顾我国公共卫生体系的建设历程,结合新冠肺炎疫情防控实践,发现我国公共卫生体系存在着疾病预防控制体系结构不合理、公共卫生法律体系尚不健全、缺少有利于公共卫生体系发展的良好社会环境等问题。建议推动公共卫生体系的发展、完善,构建科学、合理的疾病预防控制体系,完善公共卫生法律体系,营造支持性的社会环境。
China’s the public health system has undergone a construction process from creation and reform to adjustment and development.The construction process of China’s public health system is reviewed.Through combining with the practice of COVID-19 prevention and control,there are problems in public health system,such as the unreasonable structure of the disease prevention and control system,the incomplete public health legal system,and the lack of a good social environment conducive to the development of the public health system.It is suggested to promote the development and improvement of the public health system,construct scientific and reasonable disease prevention and control system,improve the public health legal system,and create supportive social environment.
