无锡市梁溪区居民安全与急救素养水平及影响因素分析

Analysis of resident’s safety and first aid literacy level and its influencing factors in Liangxi District,Wuxi City

目的分析无锡市梁溪区居民的安全与急救素养水平及影响因素,为后续健康教育和促进工作提供指引。方法采用多阶段抽样方法选取梁溪区800名15~69周岁居民为调查对象,运用“健康素养问卷”开展调研。结果具有安全与急救素养的居民占63.4%,安全与急救相关问题总体答对率为79.7%;对“遭遇火灾事故时的合理处置策略”“购买包装食物时,应当关注袋子上的何种信息”问题的答对率较低,分别为49.9%、60.6%。不同性别(χ^(2)=5.304)、年龄(χ^(2)=83.496)、婚姻状况(χ^(2)=6.766)、文化程度(χ^(2)=130.153)、家庭人口数(χ^(2)=16.146)、慢性病患病情况(χ^(2)=12.149)、自评健康状况(χ^(2)=20.141)、健康素养(χ^(2)=268.161)居民的安全与急救健康素养比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。梁溪区居民的安全与急救素养水平与文化程度、是否具备健康素养有关。结论梁溪区居民的安全与急救素养水平还需提升,后续应加强健康教育,加大宣传力度,大幅度提升居民的健康素养水平。

Objective To analyze the literacy level and influencing factors of residents in the field of safety and first aid in Liangxi District,Wuxi Gity,so as to provide guidance for follow-up health education and promotion.Methods 800residents under 15~69 years old in Liangxi District were selected by multi-stage sampling,and the“health literacy questionnaire”was used to investigate.Results The residents with safety and first aid literacy accounted for 63.4%,and the overall correct rate of safety and first aid related questions was 79.7%.The correct response rates of“reasonable disposal strategy in case of fire accident”and“what information should be paid attention to the bag when buying packaged food”were low,which were 49.9%and 60.6%respectively.There were statistically significant difference in the level of safety and first aid among residents with different gender(χ^(2)=5.304),age(χ^(2)=83.496),marital status(χ^(2)=6.766),educational level(χ^(2)=130.153),family population(χ^(2)=16.146),chronic diseases(χ^(2)=12.149),self-rated health status(χ^(2)=20.141)and health literacy(χ^(2)=268.161)(P<0.05).The level of safety and first aid literacy of residents in Liangxi District was related with their educational level and health literacy.Conclusion The safety and first aid literacy of residents in Liangxi District needs to be improved.In the future,health education and publicity should be strengthened to greatly improve the health literacy level of residents.
