2005-2020年新疆生产建设兵团第八师棘球蚴病流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis of echinococcosis in the Eighth Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2005 to 2020

摘要 目的分析兵团第八师棘球蚴病发病情况和流行病学特点,为科学地制定棘球蚴病防治策略和评价防控效果提供依据。方法收集和整理中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的2005—2020年兵团第八师棘球蚴病病例资料并进行统计学分析。结果2005—2020年兵团第八师共报告棘球蚴病186例,年平均发病率为1.83/10万;病例主要分布在石河子市(含石河子镇),共有114例,占61.29%,其中,男性98例,女性88例,性别比为1∶0.90;发病年龄最小者2岁,最大者91岁,平均发病年龄45.82岁,以40~<60岁年龄组和20~<40岁年龄组病例较多,分别占46.77%和28.49%;患者的职业以农民、离退休人员、工人、家务及待业为主,占病例总数的75.25%。结论兵团第八师棘球蚴病人间持续流行,防控压力巨大。要从畜间到人间均采取防控措施,加大对传染源——犬的控制力度,扎实地开展健康教育,并将中小学生作为健康教育的重点,采取综合干预等防控措施。 Objective To analyze the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of echinococcosis in the 8th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,to provide a basis for scientific formulation of echinococcosis prevention and control strategies and evaluation of prevention and control effect.Methods The data of echinococcosis cases in the8th Corps Division from 2005 to 2020 were collected and analyzed statistically from the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System.Results From 2005 to 2020,a total of 186 cases of echinococcosis were reported in the8th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,with an average annual incidence of 1.83/100000.The cases were mainly distributed in Shihezi City(including Shihezi Town),with 114 cases,accounting for 61.29%,including98 male cases and 88 female cases,with a sex ratio of 1∶0.90.The minimum age of onset was 2 years old,the maximum was 91 years old,and the average age of onset was 45.82 years.There were more cases in 40~<60 years old age group and 20~<40 years old age group,accounting for 46.77%and 28.49%,respectively.The occupations were mainly farmers,retirees,workers,domestic workers and unemployed workers,accounting for 75.25%of the total cases.Conclusion Echinococcosis continued to spread among patients in the 8th Corps Division,with great pressure on prevention and control.Prevention and control measures should be taken from animal to human,while efforts should be strengthened to control the sources of infection,i.e.dogs,and health education should be firmly carried out.Comprehensive intervention and other prevention and control measures should be taken to treat primary and middle school students as the focus of health education.
