2019年台州市院前急救创伤患者流行病学特征分析

Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital emergency trauma patients in Taizhou City in 2019

目的通过分析台州市院前急救创伤患者的流行病学特征,为当地卫生健康部门决策及调配卫生资源提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法对2019年台州市急救中心所有院前急救创伤患者的资料进行分析。结果15045例院前急救创伤患者以男性、中青年为主,年龄集中在30~59岁,夏秋季节高发。救护车到达时间、现场时间、返回时间和出车总时间分别为(11.10±8.32)min、(3.41±4.86)min、(9.60±9.83)min和(24.01±15.78)min。圆形分布结果显示,创伤高峰日是8月13日,高峰期在8月5—20日。致伤原因中交通事故多发于上下班高峰,生活伤、工伤多发于白天,斗殴、酒精中毒和自杀主要发生在夜晚。结论台州市创伤事件的发生具有季节性集中趋势,存在高峰日和高峰期,应根据发生的时间特征调配卫生资源,采取有效的防控措施。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital emergency trauma patients in Taizhou City to provide references for the local health departments to make decisions and deploy health resources.Methods Retrieving all the data of pre-hospital emergency trauma patients in Taizhou Emergency Center in 2019 for retrospective analysis.Results 15045 pre-hospital emergency trauma patients were mainly male,and young and middle-aged,30~59 years old,with high incidence in summer and autumn.Arrival time,on-site time,return time and total exit time of ambulance were(11.10±8.32),(3.41±4.86),(9.60±9.83)and(24.01±15.78)min,respectively.The circular distribution results show that the trauma peak day was August 13,and the peak period was from August 5 to August 20.Among the causes of injury,traffic accidents were more frequent during commuting hours.Life injuries and work-related injuries were more ordinary during the day.Fighting,alcoholism and suicide mainly occurred at night.Conclusion The occurrence of traumatic events in Taizhou City has a seasonal concentration trend.There are peak days and peak periods.Health resources should be allocated,and control measures should be taken according to the time characteristics of occurrence.
