摘要
目的分析2016—2020年中国疾病预防控制中心营养与健康所(以下简称营养所)公开招聘情况,为进一步完善招聘工作提供依据。方法利用营养所公开招聘数据,从申报招聘计划与方案、批复计划与方案、招聘计划与方案备案、上级部门发布公开招聘公告、报名、资格审查、考试(笔试和面试)、考察与体检、公示、录用及入职等招聘环节出发,分析招聘工作中存在的风险点。结果2016—2020年营养所计划公开招聘47人,实际招聘28人,仅为计划招聘人数的59.57%;新聘人员中有3人流失,占实际招聘人数的10.71%。结论需要对招聘前期、中期和后期各风险点进行控制,从而有效改善招聘现状,为营养所人才建设提供保障。
Objective To analyze the public recruitment status of National Institute of Nutrition and Health,Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2016 to 2020,to provide basis for improving the recruitment effect.Methods The recruitment data of National Institute of Nutrition and Health was collected.And risk points of recruitment work were analyzed,including the declaration of recruitment plan and scheme,subscription plan and scheme,recruitment plan and scheme filing,open recruitment announcement issued by superior department,enrollment,qualification examination,examination(written examination and interview),inspection and physical examination,publicity,employment and entry.Results From 2016 to 2020,National Institute of Nutrition and Health planned to recruit 47 people,and the actual number of recruits was 28,accounting for 59.57%.3 new recruits left,accounting for 10.71%.Conclusion It is necessary to control the risk points in each stage of recruitment,so as to effectively improve the status of recruitment and provide guarantee for the talent construction of the institution.
