焦化装置旋塞阀执行机构改造及运行优化

摘要 中国石化某企业焦化装置原设计使用的提升式两通旋塞阀阀门执行机构为单电动执行机构,该执行机构结构较复杂,开关行程时间长,故障率较高,检修难度大,进料隔断阀SPV101AB频繁出现阀体结焦卡涩,造成执行机构磨损严重,多次险造成装置停工,2017年停工检修期间将单电动执行机构改为双电动执行机构,经过近两年运行,SPV101AB运行半年后继续出现卡顿开关不到位情况,开盖清焦,优化运行方案后,近一年运行情况良好,未出现故障,极大地节省了人力物力。 the valve actuator of the lifting two-way plug valve originally designed and used in the coking unit of an enterprise of Sinopec is a single electric actuator. The actuator has complex structure,long switching travel time,high failure rate and great maintenance difficulty. The valve body of the feed block valve spv101ab is frequently coking and jammed,resulting in serious wear of the actuator and shutdown of the unit,During the shutdown and overhaul in 2017,the single electric actuator was changed to double electric actuator. After nearly two years of operation,spv101ab continued to have the stuck switch not in place after half a year of operation. After opening the cover and clearing the coke,and optimizing the operation scheme,the operation was in good condition in recent one year without failure,which greatly saved manpower and material resources.
