摘要
含油污泥是油田开采、炼制、储存等过程中产生的混入原油、油渣等物质的污泥,对环境及人体产生危害,但同时也可作为二次资源进行利用。介绍了油田含油污泥的生物处理技术,通过外援菌与土著菌联合处理的工艺技术,通过室内小试及现场中试,取得较好的处理效果,实现油泥无害化并达到国家相关标准的排放要求,从而进一步实现资源化利用,为油田含油污泥处理提供技术选择。
Oily sludge is the sludge mixed with crude oil and oil residue generated in the process of oilfield exploitation,refining and storage,which is harmful to the environment and human body,but can also be used as a secondary resource. This paper introduces the biological treatment technology of oilfield oily sludge by foreign aid bacteria and indigenous bacteria combined processing technology,through the indoor test and field test,obtains the good processing effect,achieve sludge innocuity and meet relevant national standards emissions requirements,thus further realize the recycling use,choice for oilfield oily sludge treatment technology.
