摘要
模块钻机结构总体建造方案是模块建造过程的总体规划,在整个模块建造过程中具有指导意义,是其他相关方案编制的依据。DES模块目前存在2种主流建造方式,分别为立式建造方式和水平片建造方式。本文以东方13-2CEPB模块钻机和蓬莱19-3油田WHPK平台模块钻机作为对比项目,先描述2种建造方式再分析对比2种建造方式的优劣,并在此基础上进行合理性探讨,探寻优化方式。
The overall construction plan of the modular drilling rig structure is the overall plan of the module construction process,which has guiding significance in the entire module construction process,and is the basis for the preparation of other related plans. There are currently two mainstream construction methods for DES modules,namely the vertical construction method and the horizontal piece construction method. In this paper,the DF 13-2 CEPB module drilling rig and the PL 19-3 oilfield WHPK platform module drilling rig are used as comparison projects. The two construction methods are described first,and then the advantages and disadvantages of the two construction methods are analyzed and compared. And on this basis,the rationality is discussed,and the optimization method is explored.
