摘要
水下生产复合电液控制系统作为深水油气田油气生产输出的重要模块,为了保障控制系统的可靠运行,本文首先比较分析Multisim与Matlab、Simulation X三款常用电路仿真软件的功能特性,建立了基于Multisim软件的水下生产控制系统电力仿真模型,结合实际工程应用中已知的脐带缆长度及其横截面,计及水下控制模块(SCM)的工作电压范围以及重载、轻载状态下的功率大小,仿真分析得到水下控制系统供电系统电压降落情况,并最终求解得到使SCM均能工作在规定电压范围时电力供应单元(EPU)供电电压的极大值、极小值。
The subsea production compound electro-hydraulic control system is an important module for oil and gas production and transportation in subsea oil and gas fields.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the control system,this article firstly compares and analyzes three commonly used circuit simulation softwares’functional characteristics,such as Multisim,Matlab,SimulationX.And then,establishes the power simulation model of the subsea production control system based on Multisim software,combined with the known length and cross section of the umbilical cable in actual engineering applications,and also considering the working voltage range and the power under heavy load and light load of the SCM.The simulation analysis obtain the voltage drop of the power supply system of the subsea control system,and finally solve the maximum value and minimum value of the EPU voltage when the SCM can work in the specified voltage range.
