Salt Layer Sidetrack technology of Well A-25 in M Oilfield

伊拉克M油田的A-25井是A区块构造南部的一口开发井。该井盐膏层钻进至中完井深后,发生井漏及卡钻事故,必须进行侧钻钻进。在克服盐膏层蠕变、缩径、坍塌以及盐岩溶解等诸多困难的情况下,现场精心组织施工,顺利完成盐膏层侧钻作业,满足后续作业要求,为以后类似作业提供借鉴与参考。

Well A-25,a development well,lies in the southern of A structure,M oilfield of Iraq. It occurred to mud loss and pipe stuck after drilling to the TD of fourth spudding,so we decided to perform the sidetrack operation. After overcoming the difficulty of creeping,tight hole,collapse,and dissolution of salt,we had finished the sidetrack operation in salt layer successfully,which reached the requirement of next operation and provided the reference for salt layer sidetrack.
