摘要 简要介绍了皮肤结构、角质层和皮肤组分(保湿因子和细胞间脂质),重点通过分析神经源性炎症和感觉异常、香草醛受体作用(TRPV1)、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)以及白介素研究敏感肌产生的机理,最后提出建议解决方案:通过毛叶番荔枝果提取物对TRPV1调节作用、马齿苋提取物使NF-κB通路失活、红毛丹果皮提取物增加表皮中磷脂和神经酰胺的合成和牛奶蛋白调节免疫因子促进免疫细胞的分化这4种方式舒缓修护敏感肌。 The skin structure,corneum and skin components(moisturizing factors and lipids)were briefly introduced.Based on the analysis of neurogenic inflammation and sensory abnormalities,vanillin receptor,NF-κB and interleukin,the mechanisms of sensitive skin were studied,and the solutions were proposed as follows to achieve the perfect repair of skin:Annona cherimolia fruit extract has regulatory effect on TRPV1;Portulaca olerace extract makes NF-κB pathway inactive;synthesis of phospholipids and ceramide in epidermis was increased by Nephelium lappaceum peel extract;milk protein can regulate immune factors and promote the differentiation of immune cells.
