一段时间以来,有关《汉字简化方案》的讨论多次成为热点,而汉字类推简化原则是争议的焦点。由于方案制定者在认识上存在一定分歧,加上政府有关部门在汉字类推简化国家规定的解读与执行方面存在矛盾,因此,引起了学界对汉字简化的有限类推与无限类推原则之争,在一定范围内造成了社会对简化字体认的盲区与使用的混乱,也给出版印刷与汉字信息处理行业用字规范带来了困扰。当前,中华文化正处于新的历史发展时期,汉字作为重要的文化载体,其现行国家标准的修订和完善,对于汉语言文字的当代社会应用、国际交流传播与未来发展规划,具有十分重要的现实意义和历史意义。就此而言,对汉字简化遗留问题及出版印刷与汉字信息处理用字的规范化进行深入探讨,是很有必要的。

For a period,discussions on Chinese characters simplified scheme(《汉字简化方案》)have become hot spots,and the principle of simplifying the simplification of Chinese characters is the focus of controversy.Due to the differences in the understanding of the planner,and the relevant government departments have contradictions in the interpretation and enforcement of the state regulations on the Chinese characters,it has aroused the principle of the limited push and infinite classes of the academic circles of the simplification of Chinese characters.The confusion of society’s blind spots and use of simplified fonts has also caused trouble to publish and print and Chinese character information processing industry.At present,Chinese culture is in a new period of historical development.As an important cultural carrier,Chinese characters are revised and improved in the current national standards.It has a very important realistic reality and historical significance for the contemporary social application,international exchanges and communication and future development plan of Chinese language.This article focuses on analysis and discussion of the standardization of Chinese characters’simplified problems and the standardization of printing and Chinese character information processing.
