蚌埠市三甲医院ICU护士隐性缺勤现状的影响因素及其与情绪智力的相关性分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the influencing factors of ICU nurses′ recessive absenteeism and its correlation with emotional intelligence in tertiary hospitals of Bengbu city

摘要 目的 探讨蚌埠市三甲医院重症监护治疗病房(ICU)护士隐性缺勤现状的影响因素并分析其与情绪智力的相关性。方法 选取2021年3至6月的蚌埠市三甲医院的279名ICU护士作为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方法进行一般资料、隐性缺勤和情绪智力水平的收集,对其隐性缺勤现状的影响因素及其与情绪智力的相关性进行分析。结果 ICU护士隐性缺勤总分为(21.33±5.80)分,情绪智力总分为(121.34±32.81)分,且隐性缺勤与情绪智力得分及各维度之间成负相关(P<0.05);单因素分析结果显示,年龄、性别、护理职称、平均每月夜班数量与ICU护士的隐性缺勤得分有关(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、性别、护理职称、平均每月夜班数量是ICU护士隐性缺勤得分的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士隐性缺勤水平较高且受年龄、性别、护理职称、平均每月夜班数量等因素的影响,较高的情绪智力水平有助于降低隐性缺勤的发生。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of implicit absenteeism and its correlation with emotional intelligence among intensive care unit(ICU)nurses in the tertiary hospitals of Bengbu.Methods A total of 279 ICU nurses in the tertiary hospitals of Bengbu from March to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The questionnaires were applied to collect data including demographic information,implicit absenteeism,and emotional intelligence levels.Analyze the influencing factors of implicit absenteeism and the relationship between implicit absenteeism and emotional intelligence.Results The total score of implicit absenteeism and emotional intelligence of ICU nurses were(21.33±5.80)and(121.34±32.81),and there was a negative correlation between implicit absenteeism and emotional intelligence(total score and each dimensions)(P<0.05).Univariate analysis revealed that age,gender,professional title,and average number of night shift per month were the related factors of implicit absenteeism score of ICU nurses(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis of influencing implicit absenteeism scores of ICU nurses revealed that age,gender,professional title,average number of night shifts per month were the influencing factors of implicit absenteeism scores of ICU nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The ICU nurses had a high level of implicit absenteeism,which was affected by age,gender,professional title,average number of monthly night shift.The high level of emotional intelligence was helpful to reduce the occurrence of implicit absenteeism.
