静脉药物配置中心护士人格特质与工作满意度的关系

Relationship between the nurses′ personality traits and job satisfaction in pharmacy intravenous admixture service

目的 研究静脉药物配置中心护士工作满意度现状及与人格特质的关系。方法 本研究采用艾森克人格问卷和工作满意度量表对150名静脉药物配置中心护士进行问卷调查。结果 静脉药物配置中心护士的工作满意度为基本满意;不同护龄、婚姻、学历、职称、收入的护理人员工作满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);精神质与被表扬和认可(r=-0.27)、成就感(r=-0.28)、工资与补贴(r=-0.18)、职业本身特点(r=-0.21)、管理与医院政策(r=-0.18)、人际关系(r=-0.31)及家庭与医院间的平衡(r=-0.19)之间存在着负相关(P<0.01);掩饰性与被表扬和认可(r=0.33)、人际关系(r=0.26)之间成正相关(P<0.01)。结论 静脉药物配置中心护士总体工作满意度水平为基本满意,且满意度水平相对稳定。护龄、婚姻状况、学历、职称、收入等因素对静脉药物配置中心护士的工作满意度水平有不同程度的影响。人格特质中各变量维度对静脉药物配置中心护士工作满意度有一定程度影响。

Objective To study the relationship between the nurses′personality traits and job satisfaction in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).Methods In this study,150 nurses in the PIVAS were investigated by Eysenck personality and job satisfaction survey.Results The job satisfaction of nurses in the PIVAS was basic satisfaction.There was significant difference in job satisfaction among nurses with different nursing age,marriage,education,professional title and income(P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between psychoticism and praise and recognition(r=-0.27),sense of achievement(r=-0.28),salary and subsidy(r=-0.18),occupational characteristics(r=-0.21),management and hospital policy(r=-0.18),interpersonal relationship(r=-0.31)and the balance between family and hospital(r=-0.19)(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between concealment and being praised and recognized(r=0.33)and interpersonal relationship(r=0.26)(P<0.01).Conclusion The overall job satisfaction level of nurses in the PIVAS is basic satisfaction,and the satisfaction level is relatively stable.Nursing age,marital status,educational background,professional title,income and other factors have different degrees of influence on the level of job satisfaction of nurses in the PIVAS.The variable dimensions of personality traits have a certain impact on the job satisfaction of nurses in the PIVAS.
