耳穴压豆结合中医辨证施护对喘证患者症状改善的临床研究

Clinical study on improving symptoms of patients with asthmatic by auricular point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese nursing based on syndrome differentiation

目的探讨耳穴压豆结合中医辨证施护对喘证患者症状改善的效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年5月广东药科大学附属第二医院云浮市中医院内一科收治的80例喘证患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用标准呼吸内科常规护理,研究组患者采用耳穴压豆联合中医辨证施护。观察两组患者护理前后的临床症状、肺功能、护理总满意度、住院时间及护理依从性。结果护理后,两组患者的气短喘促、咳嗽痰多、哮喘痰鸣、苔白滑、脉弦紧等证候评分低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组患者护理后的气短喘促、咳嗽痰多、哮喘痰鸣、苔白滑、脉弦紧等证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组患者护理后的FEV_(1)、PEF、FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理总满意度(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.927,P<0.05);研究组患者的护理依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.267,P=0.012)。结论耳穴压豆结合中医辨证施护可改善喘证患者临床症状与肺功能,提高护理满意度与护理依从性,缩短住院时间。

Objective To explore the effect of improving symptoms of patients with asthmatic by auricular point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese nursing based on syndrome differentiation.Methods A total of 80 patients with asthma syndrome admitted to the First Department of Internal Medicine of Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and research group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with standard routine nursing in respiratory medicine,while patients in the research group were treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese nursing based on syndrome differentiation.Clinical symptoms,lung function,total nursing satisfaction,length of stay and nursing compliance of the two groups were observed before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the syndrome scores of shortness of breath,cough phlegm,asthma and phlegm sound,moss white and smooth,pulse string tight of patients in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the syndrome scores of shortness of breath,cough phlegm,asthma and phlegm sound,moss white and smooth,pulse string tight of patients in the research group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow(PEF),ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)of patients in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the FEV_(1),PEF and FEV_(1)/FVC of patients in the research group after nursing were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of patients in research group (97.50%) was higher than that in control group (80.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of hospitalization in research group was shorter than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=10.927, P<0.05). The nursing compliance of patients in the research group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=6.267, P=0.012). Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese nursing based on syndrome differentiation can improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of patients with asthma, improve nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance, and shorten the length of hospital stay.
