熄风祛痰方联合吞咽功能训练治疗中风后吞咽障碍肝风挟痰型临床分析

目的:观察熄风祛痰方联合吞咽功能训练治疗中风后吞咽障碍肝风挟痰型的疗效。方法:60例随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,两组均用常规康复训练,观察组加用熄风祛痰方治疗。结果:治疗后两组WWST评分及SSA评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:熄风祛痰方联合吞咽功能训练治疗肝风挟痰型中风后吞咽障碍可改善吞咽困难症状,安全可靠。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Formula for Eliminating Wind and Removing Phlegm combined with swallowing function training in the treatment of dysphagia with liver wind and phlegm type after stroke.Methods: Sixty cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group were additionally given Formula for Eliminating Wind and Removing Phlegm. Results: After treatment, the WWST scores and SSA scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and those of the observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Formula for Eliminating Wind and Removing Phlegm combined with swallowing function training in the treatment of dysphagia with liver wind and phlegm type after stroke can improve the symptoms of dysphagia, which is safe and reliable.
