玉屏风散合四物汤联合比阿培南治疗细菌感染性肺炎临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察玉屏风散合四物汤联合比阿培南对细菌感染性肺炎的疗效。方法:82例随机分为两组各41例。两组均静脉滴注比阿培南,观察组加用玉屏风散合四物汤。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组NE%和WBC明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血清CRP、suPAR和PCT水平明显降低,血清IL-10水平升高,且观察组血清CRP、suPAR和PCT水平低于对照组,血清IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组咳痰量、咳嗽、发热和痰色质症状评分升高,且观察组症状评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散合四物汤联合比阿培南治疗细菌感染性肺炎疗效较好,其机制可能与调节血清CRP、suPAR、PCT和IL-10水平有关。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yupingfeng Powder and Siwu Decoction combined with Biapenem on bacterial infectious pneumonia. Methods: Eighty-two cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. Both groups were given intravenous infusion of Biapenem, and the observation group were given Yupingfeng Powder and Siwu Decoction. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, NE% and WBC in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum CRP, suPAR and PCT in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the level of serum IL-10 was increased. The levels of serum CRP, suPAR and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of serum IL-10 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The symptom scores of expectoration volume, cough, fever and sputum color quality in the two groups were increased, and the symptom scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yupingfeng Powder and Siwu Decoction combined with Biapenem has better curative effect in the treatment of bacterial infectious pneumonia, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of serum CRP, su PAR, PCT and IL-10 levels.
