瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减辅治痰浊闭阻型胸痹心痛疗效观察

目的:观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减辅治痰浊闭阻型胸痹心痛的效果及对心脏重构的影响。方法:114例随机分为西医组和中医组各57例。两组均给予常规治疗,中医组加用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减治疗。结果:总有效率中医组高于西医组(P<0.05),胸痛、心悸评分中医组低于西医组(P<0.05),心绞痛(GRACE)评分、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平中医组低于西医组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率中医组低于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减辅治痰浊闭阻型胸痹心痛疗效较好,可改善心脏重构,缓解心绞痛,减轻临床症状,且安全。

Objective:To observe the effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Phlegm-removing Decoction in adjuvant treatment of phlegm-turbid obstruction type chest pain and its effect on cardiac remodeling. Methods: A total of 114 cases were randomly divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group, with 57 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine group were additionally treated with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Phlegm-removing Decoction. Results: The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05). The chest pain and palpitations scores of TCM group were lower than those of Western medicine group(P<0.05). The score of angina pectoris(GRACE) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) level of TCM group were lower than those of TCM group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction combined with Phlegm-removing Decoction as an adjuvant in the treatment of chest pain with phlegm turbidity obstruction type has good curative effect, which can improve cardiac remodeling, relieve angina pectoris, relieve clinical symptoms, with safety.
