黄马酊联合九华膏治疗风湿免疫病性下肢慢性创面临床观察

Clinical Observation of Huangma Tincture Combined with Jiuhua Ointment in the Treatment of Chronic Lower Extremity Wound Caused by Rheumatic Immune Disease

目的:观察黄马酊联合九华膏治疗风湿免疫病性下肢慢性创面的临床疗效。方法:65例按随机数字表分成对照组32例和治疗组33例。两组均给予原发病常规治疗,创面局部处理治疗组予以黄马酊联合九华膏外用。结果:两组治疗后创面面积大小、创面量化积分均减少,愈合率提高,疼痛评分降低,而治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后炎症因子hs-CRP下降,血清VEGF、bFGF水平增加(P<0.05),治疗组hsCRP低于对照组,血清VEGF、bFGF水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗过程中未发现与黄马酊合九华膏相关不良反应。结论:黄马酊联合九华膏可促进风湿免疫性下肢慢性创面修复,减轻疼痛,缩短治疗时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huangma Tincture combined with Jiuhua Ointment in the treatment of chronic lower extremity wounds caused by rheumatic immune disease.Methods:Sixty-five cases were divided into control group with 32 cases and treatment group with 33 cases according to random number table.Both groups were given routine treatment for the primary disease,and the local wound treatment group were given external application of Huangma Tincture combined with Jiuhua Ointment.Results:After treatment,the wound area size and wound quantification score in the two groups were decreased,with the healing rate increased,and the pain score decreased.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor hs-CRP decreased,and the serum VEGF and bFGF levels increased(P<0.05).The hs-CRP of the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the serum VEGF and bFGF levels were higher than the control group(P<0.01).No adverse reactions related to Huangma Tincture and Jiuhua Ointment were found during the treatment.Conclusion:Huangma Tincture combined with Jiuhua Ointment can promote the repair of rheumatic immune chronic lower extremity wounds,reduce pain and shorten the treatment time.
