中药封包联合穴位按摩干预腰椎骨折术后腹胀临床观察

目的:观察中药封包联合穴位按摩护理干预胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀的效果。方法:90例随机分成对照组和治疗组各45例。两组均予以骨科综合护理,治疗组加用中药封包联合穴位按摩。结果:总有效率对照组84.44%、治疗组93.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合穴位按摩可有效改善胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀。

Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with acupoint massage nursing on abdominal distension after thoracolumbar fractures. Methods: Ninety cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were given comprehensive orthopaedic nursing care, and the treatment group were additionally given traditional Chinese medicine package combined with acupoint massage. Results: The total effective rate was 84.44% in the control group and 93.33% in the treatment group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine package combined with acupoint massage can effectively improve postoperative abdominal distension after thoracolumbar fractures.
