中关村时空演变及“一区多园”创新比较

摘要 为更好地研判中关村未来发展趋势,科学制定中关村发展路径,研究中关村30多年来创新创业发展的时空演变历程及阶段特征有重要的现实意义。文章采用空间分析和比较研究方法研究中关村,得到以下结论:从时间演变来讲,中关村创新创业发展过程,分为“模仿创新”“自主创新”“领跑创新”3个发展阶段;从空间演变来讲,中关村发展是由街区向校区—创新园区—科技城区(社区)多功能融合创新发展过程,是建设创新综合体的过程。通过比较中关村“一区多园”及全国10家一流高新区,分析发现:中关村“一区多园”在创新规模、创新投入产出效能等方面存在较大差异。与全国10个一流高新区相比,中关村自主创新示范区创新规模和总量最大,但是创新对外输出和创新效率还有较大提升空间。 In order to better judge the future development trend of Zhongguancun and scientifically formulate the development path of Zhongguancun,it is of great practical significance to study the spatio-temporal evolution and stage characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship development in Zhongguancun over the past 30 years.By studying the development process of Zhongguancun.This paper through spatial analysis and comparative research to study Zhongguancun,The results show that:from the perspective of time evolution,the development process of innovation and entrepreneurship in Zhongguancun is divided into three development stages:“imitation innovation”,“independent innovation”and“leading innovation”.In terms of spatial evolution,the development of Zhongguancun is a process of multi-functional integration and innovation development from blocks to campuses,innovation parks,science and technology urban districts(communities),as well as the construction of innovation complexes.By comparing zhongguancun“One district with multiple parks”and 10 national first-class high-tech zones,it is found that zhongguancun“one district with multiple parks”has great differences in innovation scale and innovation input-output efficiency.Compared with the top 10 national high-tech zones,The Innovation scale and total volume of Zhongguancun Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone are the largest,but there is still much room for improvement in innovation output and innovation efficiency.
