“三圈理论”视域下我国科技智库媒体平台建设路径

The Construction Path of China's Science and Technology“Media+Think Tank”Platform:the Perspective of Three Circles Theory

科技宣传是科技管理工作的有机组成和重要内容。针对近年来科技宣传工作中存在的科技政策掌握不充分、技术解读不客观、报道基调把握不准确、大众科普素养普遍不高等问题,文章运用“三圈理论”分析框架,从价值、能力、支持3个维度分析新华社瞭望智库建设案例,探讨主流媒体建设研究型平台聚合媒体传播价值及智库研究价值的路径,并提出推进科技智库媒体平台建设及融合发展的具体建议,以期全面提升我国科技宣传的专业性、智慧性、精准性及服务性。

As an organic component and important part of science and technology management,science and technology communication has problems of insufficiency,inaccuracy and inappropriacy in recent years,in fields of policies understanding,technical interpretation,and science popularization to people with low-level literacy.The article uses Three Circles Theory framework,to analyze the construction experience of Xinhua News Agency’s think tank case from dimensions as value,ability and support;then discusses the path of building and advancing a“media+think tank”platform for mainstream media to aggregate communication value and research value.It also puts forward some specific measures and suggestions,to comprehensively enhance the professionalism,intelligence,accuracy,and serviceability of China's science and technology communication.
