乡村振兴战略的实施标志着新时代中国农村经济发展进入了历史发展的新阶段。这一时期,中国特色社会主义市场经济体制的完善已经处于改革发展的核心地位,围绕着市场资源配置、促进区域发展已经成为乡村振兴的内在驱动力,中国乡村的新型合作化正是适应市场化改革的需要在乡村合作组织、乡村治理、制度建构方面都有了新的改变。这里面主要有几个方面的内容:第一,农业分工逐步细化,农业现代化程度随着农业技术的发展进一步提高;第二,农村社会发展随着现代生活方式的广泛渗透,生活节奏越来越快,田园生活与城市化发展交织在一起,工业社会大生产的特性强化了农村的生产组织化程度,逐渐使农民的职业特性被消解,而村庄的居住属性和合作归属性得到进一步强化;第三,乡村新型合作化经济组织的演变促进了农业经营组织的自我革新,村民合作经营的生产方式和生活方式也随之发生改变,新型合作化的市场导向趋向越来越显著,社会主义市场经济文明的成果不断被吸收到新时代乡村建设的现代化进程当中。

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy marks that China’s rural economic and social development has entered a new stage of historical development in a new era.During this period,China's socialist market economic system has been at the core of reform and development.The allocation of resources around the market and promoting regional development have become the internal driving force of Rural Revitalization,The new type of rural cooperation in China meets the needs of market-oriented reform,and has made new changes in rural cooperative organization,rural governance and system construction.There are mainly several aspects:First,the agricultural division of labor is gradually refined,and the degree of agricultural modernization is further improved with the development of agricultural technology;Second,with the extensive penetration of modern lifestyle,the pace of life in rural areas is getting faster and faster.Rural life and urbanization are intertwined.The characteristics of large-scale production in industrial society strengthen the degree of production organization in rural areas,gradually dispel the professional characteristics of farmers,and further improve the residential attribute and cooperative attribution of villages;Third,the evolution of rural new cooperative economic organizations has promoted the self-innovation of agricultural management organizations,and the production mode and lifestyle of villagers’cooperative management have also changed.The market orientation of new cooperative economic organizations is becoming more and more obvious,and the achievements of socialist market economy civilization have been continuously absorbed into the modernization process of rural construction in the new era.
