摘要
在“体医融合”和老龄化时代的背景下,慢性疾病是阻碍“老龄化”健康的重要关卡,而诸多研究证实太极拳对治疗和预防慢性病有显著的效果。目的:提高太极拳习练者对太极拳运动强度的认识,助力“太极拳健康工程”体系的建设。方法:本文选取10名3年以上能够熟练的完成太极拳运动方案的太极拳健身爱好者,基于Palor Team2心率监控设备下,对执行运动方案的受试者进行心率监控并对56式太极拳的强度进行探究分析。结论:56式太极拳是介于中高强度的有氧运动项目,单套56式太极拳的运动量对大众健身者也能起到一定的健身效果。
Under the background of"integration of sports and medicine"and aging era,chronic diseases are an important barrier to the health of"aging",and many studies have confirmed that Taijiquan has significant effects on the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases.Objective:To improve the awareness of Taijiquan practitioners on the intensity of exercise in Taijiquan and help the construction of"Taijiquan Health Project"system.Methods:In this paper,10 Taijiquan fitness enthusiasts who have been able to skillfully complete the Taijiquan exercise program for more than 3 years were selected.Based on Palor Team2 heart rate monitoring equipment,the subjects who performed the exercise program were monitored for heart rate,and the intensity of 56-type Taijiquan was analyzed.Conclusion:56-type Taijiquan is an aerobic exercise with moderate to high intensity,and a single set of 56-type Taijiquan can also have a certain fitness effect for mass bodybuilders..
