湖北省城乡中小学体育教师配置差异性研究

On the Difference of PE Teachers Allocation in Urban and Rural Primary and Secondary Schools in Hubei Province

摘要 文章运用问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法对湖北省城乡中小学体育教师配置的差异性进行研究,从体育教师的结构、体育教师的质量和体育教师的职业环境认知三个方面分析,其主要差异有:(一)在年龄和职称结构上差异性显著,城区学校更趋于合理;(二)在获奖方面存在显著性差异,乡镇中小学体育教师获奖层次较低;(三)领导对学校体育工作重视程度和同事的认可度上存在十分显著性差异,两个维度上城区学校都优于乡镇。进而提出了建议:(一)尽快推行“银龄讲学计划”,输送一批高职称、有丰富教学经验的退休教师到乡镇中小学传、帮、带;(二)提升中小学体育教师教研科研能力,加大体育教师教研和科研奖励力度;(三)培育教学骨干,整合优势项目,冲击高层次奖项;(四)营造和谐的校园人文环境,提升教师的职业幸福感。 Using the method of questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,the paper analyzes the difference of the allocation of urban and rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Hubei province,from the structure of PE teachers,the quality of PE teachers and sports teachers'career cognitive environment three aspects.The main differences are:(1)Difference in age and title structure,urban schools tend to be more reasonable;(2)There is a significant difference in the award,rural primary and secondary school PE teachers award level is lower;(3)There is a significant difference between leaders'attention to school physical education and their colleagues'recognition.In both dimensions,the urban school is better than the rural school.Then the paper puts forward suggestions:(1)As soon as possible to carry out the"silver Age Teaching Plan",to send a group of high professional title,rich teaching experience of retired teachers to the rural primary and secondary schools to pass,help,bring;(2)To improve the teaching and research ability of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,and introduce corresponding policies to encourage PE teachers to conduct teaching and research;(3)Cultivate teaching backbone,integrate advantage projects,and impact high-level awards;(4)Create a harmonious campus humanistic environment and improve teachers'professional happiness.
