我国体育事业的发展,离不开数以万计的运动员的努力和奉献,是他们为了国家和社会付出了所有,从而争得了一个又一个荣誉。社会在发展、人民的生活水平和文化教育在提高,所看重的工作需求也在提高。如何解决退役运动员就业难的问题,最大限度提高退役运动员人力资源在劳动力市场上的配置效率,使得退役运动员这一宝贵人力资源的价值得以充分发挥,对于促进我国体育事业的发展至关重要。

As is known to all,the development of sports in China is inseparable from the efforts and dedication of tens of thousands of athletes.They have paid all for the country and society and won one honor after another.Society is developing,people's living standards and culture and education are improving,and so are the demands for jobs they value.How to solve the problem of difficult employment of retired athletes,maximize the allocation efficiency of retired athletes'human resources in the labor market,so that retired athletes can give full play to the value of this precious human resources,for promoting the development of sports in China is crucial.
