摘要
利用废旧塑料与木质纤维制备木塑复合材料(WPC)是塑料资源重复利用、降低WPC制造成本的有效方式之一。简要介绍了废旧塑料的分类、来源以及危害,阐述了近年来利用废旧塑料制备WPC的概况,综述了利用物理和化学方法预处理木质纤维、原位增容改性等提高植物纤维/废旧塑料复合材料界面相容性的方法,并对利用废旧塑料制备WPC的前景进行了展望,以期提高废旧塑料基WPC的研发和实际应用。
Preparation of wood plastic composite(WPC)from waste plastics and wood fibers is one of the effective ways to reuse plastic resources and reduce the manufacturing cost of WPC.The classification,source and harm of waste plastics were introduced briefly,the general situation of preparing WPC from waste plastics in recent years was described,and the methods of improving the interfacial compatibility of plant fiber/waste plastic composite by physical and chemical pretreatment of wood fiber and in-situ compatibilization were also reviewed.The prospect of preparing WPC from waste plastics was discussed,in order to improve the development and practical application of WPC made from post-used plastics.
