健脾益气方联合综合康复对结直肠癌术后患者的治疗效果分析

Analysis on the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined with a comprehensive rehabilitation on postoperative patients with colorectal

目的探讨健脾益气方结合综合康复对结直肠癌术后患者血清细胞因子水平及胃肠功能的影响。方法选择结直肠癌患者100例,随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组予腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术联合常规治疗,观察组予腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术联合健脾益气方治疗,2组治疗周期均为1周,且治疗期间均给予综合康复干预。比较2组胃肠功能指标、治疗期间并发症发生情况、治疗前后中医症状评分及血清细胞因子水平。结果观察组首次排便、排气及肠鸣音恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后腹痛、腹胀、乏力、便溏、纳呆消瘦评分、中医症状评分总分及血清微小核糖核酸-19a(miR-19a)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益气方联合综合康复干预可降低结直肠癌术后患者血清miR-19a、TNF-α、IL-6水平,减轻炎症,并能改善中医症状,加快胃肠功能恢复,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined with a comprehensive rehabilitation on the serum cytokine level and gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer after a surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the laparoscopic radical colorectal resection combined with a conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with the laparoscopic radical colorectal resection combined with Jianpi Yiqi Decoction.The treatment cycle for both groups was one week,and a comprehensive rehabilitation intervention was given to them during the treatment.The gastrointestinal function index,incidence of complications during treatment,TCM symptom score and serum cytokine level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of the first defecation,exhaust and bowel sounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the individual and total scores of the abdominal pain,abdominal distension,fatigue,loose stool,anorexia and weight loss,the levels of serum microribonucleic acid-19a(miR-19a),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined with the comprehensive rehabilitation intervention can lower the levels of serum miR-19a,TNF-α,IL-6,alleviate the inflammation,improve the TCM symptoms and accelerate the gastrointestinal function recovery in the postoperative patients with colorectal cancer,with a higher safety.
