新时代高校法治教育的模式分析与制度优化——基于结构功能主义视角

Model Analysis and System Optimization of Law Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era——From the Perspective of Structural Functionalism

习近平新时代中国特色社会主义法治思想,在理论层面表达出了与新媒体融合的结构需要,二者的有机结合能进一步发挥法治教育塑造高校学生法治素养与法治能力的功能。新媒体传播的多点化、便捷性与互动性能使高校充分发挥法治教育的功能作用,对于培养社会主义建设者和接班人具有重要意义。以习近平法治思想为指导,采用实证方法探寻我国高校法治教育的问题与成因。而结构功能主义社会学理论可作为阐明高校法治教育本质的良径,在新媒体与高校法治教育融合过程中提升教育主体的新媒体素养、健全高校法治教育机制、营造法治治理下的网络空间,以推进新时代高校法治教育的制度优化。

Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era expresses the structural need for integration with new media at the theoretical level.The organic combination of the two can further exert the function of rule of law education in shaping colleges and universities students’rule of law literacy and ability.The diversification,convenience,and interaction of new media enables colleges and universities to give full play to the function of law education,which is of great significance for cultivating socialist builders and successors.Guided by Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law,we use empirical methods to explore the problems and causes of law education in colleges and universities.Structural functionalism sociology theory can be a good way to clarify the essence of law education in colleges and universities.In the process of the integration of new media and law education,we should pay attention to improve the new media literacy of the education subject,the law education mechanism in colleges and universities.And the cyberspace under the rule of law is created to system optimization of colleges and universities'law education in the new era.
