摘要
以数字技术为主要支撑的数字经济蓬勃发展,并逐步与传统产业深度融合,成为影响产业结构升级的关键要素。采用因子分析法对数字经济发展规模予以测度后,匹配省份面板数据进行固定效应检验发现:(1)数字经济发展水平对产业结构高级化存在显著正向影响,影响程度为0.318;(2)数字经济发展水平能够显著促进产业机构合理化,影响程度为-0.302。鉴于此,提出加大数字经济产业的发展力度以提高数字经济的发展水平,加快数字经济与传统产业融合以实现产业数字化升级,以及完善治理体系,为数字经济发展营造良好环境等政策建议。
The digital economy,which is mainly supported by digital technology,is booming and gradually deeply integrated with traditional industries,which has become a key factor in affecting the upgrading of industrial structure.After measuring the development scale of digital economy by factor analysis,the fixed effect test is carried out by matching the panel data of provinces.It is found that:(1)The development level of digital economy has a significant positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure,and the degree of impact is 0.318;(2)The development level of digital economy can significantly promote the rationalization of industrial institutions,and the degree of influence is-0.302.In view of this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as strengthening the development of digital economy industry to improve the development level of digital economy,accelerating the integration of digital economy and traditional industries to realize industrial digital upgrading,improving the governance system and creating a good environment for the development of digital economy.
