党史教育融入高校课程思政的影响因素研究

The Factors Influencing the Integration of the Party History Education into the Ideological and Political Education of College Curriculum

党的历史是中国共产党和中华民族宝贵的精神财富,加强高校学生党史教育,有利于提高学生思想觉悟和培育时代新人。基于高校学生的问卷调查,运用结构方程模型,探索党史教育融入高校课程思政的影响因素。研究发现:政策宣传、内容构建、教学方法、制度保障对党史融入高校课程思政教学存在正向显著影响,师资队伍建设存在正向影响,但是并不显著;同时通过对学生政治面貌的差异性分析,发现政策宣传、师资队伍建设、内容构建和教学方法在学生政治面貌上存在显著差异。据此提出,拓宽党史宣传的渠道,加大师生对党史的认知,优化整合高校育人资源,加强师资队伍建设,建立健全党史教育保障机制,充分发挥大学生党员的先锋模范作用等,以期强化高校学生思想教育,提升课程思政教学水平。

The history of the Party is the precious spiritual wealth of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese nation.Strengthening the education of Party history for college students is conducive to improving students'ideological awareness and cultivating newcomers of the times.Based on the questionnaire survey of college students,using the structural equation model,explore the influencing factors of the integration of Party history education into the ideological and political courses of colleges and universities.The study found that:policy propaganda,content construction,teaching methods,and system guarantees have a positive and significant impact on the integration of Party history into college curriculum ideological and political teaching,and the construction of the teaching staff has a positive impact,but it is not significant;at the same time,through differences in the political outlook of students sexual analysis found that there are significant differences in the political outlook of students in policy propaganda,teacher team construction,content construction and teaching methods.Based on this,it is proposed to broaden the channels of Party history propaganda,increase the understanding of Party history by masters and students,optimize and integrate college education resources,strengthen the construction of faculty,establish and improve the Party history education guarantee mechanism,and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of college student Party members etc.,in order to strengthen the ideological education of college students and improve the level of ideological and political teaching of courses.
