摘要
进行柴油机稳态和瞬态循环台架试验,研究废气再循环(exhaust gas recirculation,EGR)、进气节流和燃油后喷3种热管理技术对柴油机排气温度的影响。研究结果表明:采用EGR、进气节流阀和燃油后喷均可提高排气温度,其中进气节流阀的升温效果最好;综合使用EGR、进气节流阀和燃油后喷技术可有效提高排气温度和选择性催化还原效率,降低NO_(x)和烟度排放,使柴油机排放达到国六标准要求。
The effects of exhaust gas recirculation(EGR),intake throttling valve and fuel late injection on exhaust temperature of diesel engine are studied by engine bench test.The results show that the exhaust temperature can be increased by the above three methods,and the intake throttling valve is the best.The comprehensive use of the three methods in different engine conditions can effectively improve the exhaust temperature and SCR efficiency,reduce NO_(x) and smoke emissions,and make the engine exhaust pollutants reach the CHINA VI standard.
