摘要
介绍了首台全燃准东高碱煤660 MW超超临界对冲燃烧锅炉的研发情况,阐述了炉膛关键参数选择、受热面布置优化、燃烧器布置优化、吹灰器布置优化等技术。结果表明:锅炉投运后具有优良的高碱煤适应能力,并且准东高碱煤综合掺烧质量分数达到90%以上。
The research and development of the first 660 MW ultra-supercritical opposed firing boiler with fully fired Zhundong high alkali coal was introduced,and following technologies were illustrated,such as the selection of furnace key parameters,the optimization of heat surface layout,the optimization of burner layout,the optimization of soot blower layout,etc.Results show that the boiler has a good adaptability to high alkali coal,and the comprehensive co-firing mass fraction of Zhundong high alkali coal can reach more than 90%.
