实施“分段并进式”人才培养的关键节点问题剖析

摘要 “分段并进式”人才培养模式是课题组经过12年的摸索而成型,对于当前职业教育要求和高职学生现状具有一定的借鉴意义。特别是突破了产教融合中存在的学校和企业归属地不一的情况下,如何区别于顶岗实习,完成对学生培养全过程提供了一种路径,同时也对产教融合、分段并进、跟岗实习的综合运用及关键节点问题做出了说明,提出了解决办法。 The talent training mode of"step by step"is formed by the research group after 12 years of exploration,which has certain reference significance for the current requirements of vocational education and the current situation of higher vocational students.In particular,it breaks through the situation that schools and enterprises belong to different places in the integration of industry and education,and provides a path to complete the whole process of students’training,which is different from the internship.At the same time,it also explains the comprehensive application and key node problems of the integration of industry and education,segmented parallel progress and internship,and puts forward solutions.
