青稞茎秆形态特性与抗倒伏性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 为筛选出优异的青稞抗倒伏亲本,以青稞茎秆基部第2节间抗折力大小作为抗倒伏指标,对367份青稞核心种质进行抗倒性评价。结果表明,农家品种和育成品种各个抗折力水平的品种占比一致,均为中等抗折力品种最多;所有材料中抗折力最强的品种是黑青稞(62.27 N),最弱的是白青稞(5.13 N),均为农家品种;育成品种抗折力最强的为昆仑14号(58.77 N,区外品种);茎秆内部结构及田间表现研究发现,抗折力强的品种机械组织厚,田间表现为茎秆直立。农家和区外青稞品种可为西藏青稞品种的抗倒育种提供优异亲本。 In order to select excellent lodging resistant parents of highland barley,the lodging resistance of 367 highland barley core collections were evaluated by taking the folding resistance of the second internode at the base of highland barley stem as the lodging re⁃sistance index.The results showed that the varieties with different levels of folding resistance of farm varieties and bred varieties ac⁃counted for the same proportion,and the varieties with medium bending resistance were the most.The variety with the strongest lodg⁃ing resistance was black highland barley(62.27 N),the weakest was white highland barley(5.13 N),and the two varieties were both farm varieties,the Kunlun 14(58.77 N)was bred variety with the strongest lodging resistance(it is come from outside of Tibet).Ac⁃cording to the study on the internal structure and field performance of the stem,it was found that the mechanical tissue of the variety with strong bending resistance was thick and the stem was erect in the field.The farm varieties and highland barley varieties outside the region can provide excellent parents for lodging resistance breeding of Tibet highland barley varieties.
